Project Management Case Study 1 – Building PA System Project
IEC were contracted to act as the principal design and install project coordinator for a complete new building PA and security system.
The PA scope of the project included design and install of all relevant local small power supplies, automated emergency site announcements and security links.
The security system involved the design and installation of a new building CCTV system, entry alarm measures and building emergency lockdown system with automatic links through to site security personnel.
We were responsible for full commissioning of the final system and the training of client personnel.
